The footnote format

All references in the submitted article should be placed in footnotes. In the case of cited works, the first occurrence must include the full bibliographical description, along the cited page number. Hereinafter, the bibliographical data should be abbreviated abbreviated (see below).

Further considerations

  • In the case of foreign author's names, the last name must be indicated placed the first name, separated by commas (Last name, First name).
  • No abbreviation should be added to page numbers (i.e., no p. or pp.).
  • If consecutive pages are referenced, the starting and ending pages are separated by an en-dash and the page numbers are not abbreviated: that is, 251–263 and not 251–63. Multiple non-consecutive page numbers are separated by commas: 253, 257, 270.
